A true labor of love, this home sat on the outskirts of Camden for many years before our client acquired it. In need of the right person to give it some much-deserved attention, the vision for its reconstruction was to take what had been started and see it through to completion.
Very little of the property was left untouched, with improvements ranging from basement upgrades to a new roof. The aim was to rehabilitate the interior while retaining some of the original beams to preserve its historic charm.
Ultimately, the home received a comprehensive transformation, with almost every aspect thoughtfully restored or enhanced. Now, it stands as a genuine gift from our client to the neighborhood.
